1. Nature of Events
I understand that Midsummer Nights Kink (MSNK) 2026 is an adult festival (21+) held across multiple venues in Atlanta, Georgia from June 18–21, 2026. Events include, but are not limited to: burlesque performance, outdoor gatherings with open fire, BDSM and kink education, interactive play spaces, body-based art and dining experiences, nightlife, and community celebration.
I acknowledge that participation in these events is entirely voluntary and that I have chosen to attend of my own free will.
2. Age Verification
I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older. I understand that a valid government-issued photo ID will be required for entry to all MSNK events. Misrepresentation of age will result in immediate removal without refund.
3. Consent Standards
I understand and agree that MSNK operates under a strict consent-first framework. I commit to the following:
- I will obtain explicit, informed, enthusiastic, and ongoing consent before engaging with any person physically, verbally, or otherwise in any potentially intimate, sensual, or BDSM-related manner.
- I understand that consent can be withdrawn at any time and I will immediately honor any withdrawal of consent.
- I will not photograph, record, or share images of other attendees without their explicit consent.
- I will respect negotiated limits, boundaries, and safe words — my own and those of others.
- I will not engage in any activity with someone who appears incapacitated, intoxicated beyond capacity for meaningful consent, or who has not clearly consented.
4. Community Standards & Conduct
I agree to uphold MSNK's community standards throughout the weekend:
- I will treat all attendees, staff, volunteers, performers, and vendors with dignity and respect, regardless of identity, presentation, or role.
- I will not engage in behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, threatening, coercive, or harmful.
- I understand that MSNK is a curated space and that disruptive, non-consensual, or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from one or all events without refund.
- I will follow any specific rules, dress codes, or protocols established for individual events.
5. Assumption of Risk
I understand and accept that participation in MSNK 2026 events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Physical activities: BDSM practices, rope bondage, impact play, sensation play, and related activities carry risk of physical injury.
- Outdoor and fire environments: Feral Firelight involves an outdoor setting with open fire elements. I accept the risks associated with outdoor events, uneven terrain, weather, and proximity to fire.
- Emotional and psychological experiences: Power exchange, ritual, and embodiment practices may produce intense emotional or psychological responses.
- General festival environment: Crowded spaces, late hours, alcohol availability, and the nature of adult events present general risks.
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own choices, risk assessment, and participation in any activity. I will not engage in any activity beyond my own knowledge, experience, or comfort level.
6. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to attend MSNK 2026, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organizers, hosts, producers, volunteers, vendors, performers, presenters, and venue operators of MSNK 2026 (collectively, "MSNK") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in MSNK 2026 events, including those caused by negligence.
This release includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from personal injury, bodily harm, emotional distress, property damage, or any harm resulting from the conduct of other attendees.
7. Medical Disclosure & Responsibility
I represent that I am in adequate physical and mental health to participate in MSNK events. I accept full responsibility for monitoring my own physical and emotional state and for seeking support if needed. MSNK is not responsible for providing medical care, though basic first aid resources may be available on-site.
8. Photography & Media
I understand that authorized media personnel may be present at designated areas during MSNK events. I acknowledge that my presence in public-facing areas of the event may result in incidental photography or documentation. I will notify MSNK staff if I have specific concerns. I agree that any media captured by MSNK organizers may be used for promotional purposes with appropriate care to protect attendee privacy and dignity.
9. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MSNK and its organizers from any claims, costs, or damages arising from my own actions, conduct, or violations of this agreement during MSNK 2026 events.
10. Governing Terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If any provision is found unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. This constitutes the complete agreement between the signatory and MSNK regarding participation and supersedes any prior communications.
